  1. Add chicken thigh to a bowl with 1 tbsp of oil, and salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder to taste. Rub the spices onto both sides of the chicken.
  2. Air fry the chicken thighs at 400F for 8-12 minutes on each side, until golden add cooked through the center
  3. In a pot, boil water and add salt generously. Add pasta into the pot and cook until al dente according to package instructions
  4. Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add oil.
  5. Add minced garlic, onion, and sundried tomatoes to the pan and saute until the onion is translucent.
  6. Add the tomato and spinach and saute for another 2-3 minutes
  7. Allow the air-fried chicken to cool for 5-10 minutes, then cut it into strips.
  8. Combine the chicken and pasta into the pan and mix.
  9. Add gochujang, along with salt and pepper to taste. Mix to combine and top with shredded cheese.
